Customer service at AEI is a part of the company’s
field operations group. This group is tasked with the
performance and evaluation of each of AEI’s shops,
staff and quality control.
While it is not possible to meet every customers’
expectations or requests, it is AEI’s policy to
evaluate each customer’s communication and to
provide a reasonable alternative or solution to each
event. At AEI we are committed to insuring that your
engine replacement experience will be a positive one.
Based on the large numbers of referrals and repeat
customers AEI believes that we have been able to meet
